Oscar has worked extensively throughout the Nashville area, as well as in Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama. His deep knowledge of local building codes, project management, and construction best practices ensures every job is executed to meet or exceed required standards. From custom porches and decks to full apartment builds and remodels, Oscar’s leadership and on-site expertise bring vision and structure together seamlessly.

Recently, under Oscar’s direction, the company has expanded into building barndominiums—a growing trend in rural and semi-rural housing. His hands-on involvement in every stage of the process, including code compliance and site planning, ensures these unique projects are completed with care and integrity.

Currently managing a crew of 8 highly experienced workers, Oscar remains actively involved in each build. His past experience includes work with QBS-style homes, giving him insight into quality expectations and construction flow on both independent and contractor-led projects.
